We make beer engineered for petrol heads, and this is the bottle opener to match.
A wriggly monkey is a key component of a Frazer Nash and the namesake of our brewery (our founder Luke is Frazer Nash-obsessed - have a look at his tour of a Frazer Nash on our YouTube and Instagram channels for more).
Since launch we've dreamed of our very own wriggly monkey bottle opener... and here it is thanks to a fantastic factory in the Midlands. The same factory helped restore the chassis of Luke's Frazer Nash, so we knew it was a good one.
The wriggly monkey is a device that sits on top of the chain drive transmission of a Frazer Nash, designed to stop disasters by avoiding the selecting of two gears at once. It's a niche, critically important but often overlooked part of the car. Essentially it keeps you out of trouble, and we like to think a good beer does too.
Our Wriggly Monkey Brewery bottle opener is a to-scale replica of the original, handmade and finished in the Midlands from stainless steel.
