DELIVERY & RETURNS
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We now offer free local delivery to 15 mile radius of the brewery.
We promise to deliver within three days but it is often quicker – if you’re on a deadline please email or call to let us know and we will do our best. We guarantee any orders placed for local delivery by 12 noon on any Thursday will arrive the following day so you’re ready for the weekend.
All orders will be left on your doorstep, adhering strictly to social distancing guidelines. We ask you to stay at least 2 metres away from our delivery driver.
We also continue to post nationally using our usual delivery service.
If your item is in stock and you order before midnight we will despatch your order on the next day, with expected delivery the following day.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
All beer orders are sent by APC Overnight who will be in touch by text to confirm the delivery date and time, and give you the option to reschedule delivery if required.
Postage to England and Wales is charged at a flat rate of no more than £6.
Postage to Scotland, Northern Ireland is possible please get in touch for details and pricing.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of a bank holiday.
Clothing is sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5 within the UK & Northern Ireland. Delivery is within 48 hours but usually next day.
For shipping overseas and to areas outside UK mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight), please email or call 01869 246599.
Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please return goods with the returns form included in your original order. Remember to tick the box indicating whether it is a return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return in the space provided. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, unless there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us on or by calling 01869 246599 before arranging the return if this is the case.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they arrive back at Wriggly Monkey HQ. Always get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.
