Sanction U is the Monkey's 5.0% Red Ale, brewed in Bicester by our resident petrol head.
This beer is racked bright at the brewery meaning that the beer is ready to serve immediately. Being bright beer it needs to be kept cool, ideally between 10 and 13 degrees and consumed within 7 days. A tap is included to serve straight to the glass.
