With an intrepid spirit, like the garagista teams of the bygone era, The Wriggly Monkey Brewery proudly brings to you the Sanction Series. These experimental prototypes are sanctioned by the brewery for limited release and may make it to our full time line up if deemed a success.
Sanction F is a 2.8% ABV Berliner Weisse styled beer. A light Weisse beer, kettle soured overnight to give it a delightful slightly sharp taste. This beer is really refreshing and best served cold. Something a little different from The Wriggly Monkey Brewery, but delicious none the less!
